⠀ ⠀001⠀⠀used to be an idol! although they were progressing well in the early stages of their career, kou was caught fooling around during blank periods in public settings, and ultimately was kicked out of the group after multiple warnings. his contract termination was announced as due to "personal reasons," to protect the public image of the group.
⠀ ⠀002⠀⠀living off the grid! upon his departure, he never showed face towards the media ever again and was forced to go back to school. he will never ever mention his past as an idol, especially since the group had not blown up before his termination.
⠀ ⠀003⠀⠀a complete momma's boy! aside from moving back home with his mom, he is also fully financially dependent on her, not looking for work and instead spends a lot of his time playing games instead.

⠀ ⠀note⠀⠀this was just quickly written just so that i could put it out there.... it's not perfect or was meant to be but... if you were curious of what his background was...

⠀⠀⠀joseon was basically abandoned at birth and was left deep in the forrest. how and why is something i'm still trying to figure out BUT bottom line is he was taken in by the forrest spirits who casted a spell on him to save his life and recruited him as a shapeshifting spirit that turned him immortal. but when he started to learn how to walk, he would start to wander around a lot and was founded by his "parents" eventually adopted him. but the spirits were not happy with him running away so they had cursed him with the condition that any type of human contact would burn his skin. however, this curse was not completely instilled into his body, as physical touch that was full of love did not affect him (which covers how his parents were able to take care of him).
⠀⠀⠀so as a human, throughout his lifetime, he moved from different countries ever so often because his dad was in the military and his mom was a military bride (coming from korea to america). not like he minded it, though, because unlike his time in the forrest, it gave him something to experience. through these experiences, he often kept to himself to explore his own interests, where he was able to focus on studies and find the time to pick up new hobbies, hence the fact that he is excels in music and, although not everyone may be aware of it, he is very book smart. he never took the time to make friends because of the fate of eventually having to move again.
